The Burr Oak Custom Harpoon Hunter is a massive full custom fixed blade knife handmade by Mark Nevling. The Harpoon Hunter is a visually striking powerhouse that is beefy enough for heavy outdoor use. This piece is made from a Low Layer Random pattern carbon steel Damascus blade with Dyed and Stabilized Curly Oak handles and a Wrought Iron guard.

Blade: The Harpoon Hunter comes with a skinner style blade with an aggressive harpoon swedge tip for powerfully piercing. The blade is flat ground and all belly, optimal as a hunting and skinning blade. The beautiful carbon Damascus is tough and takes a razor sharp edge for easy maintenance in the field.

Handle: The handle is made from an elegantly contoured piece of Dyed and Stabilized Curly Oak that offers a solid grip for even the largest hands. It is attached with a single, elegant pin to the hidden tang and fit flush to the nickel silver spacer that is followed by a wood spacer and a large, wrought iron finger guard that keeps your fingers safe from the blade during use.

Sheath: Carries via hand stitched leather belt sheath with two-tone python skin overlay.
