This Case Trapper with genuine stag handles and damascus blades is a prime collector piece. Master blade is stamped CASE with 1 dot USA. Secondary spey bears the pattern number 5254D. Both blades have good snap, no wobble. Blades show very faint signs of shop wear with tiny rubs on back of each. Nice matching stag handles are chip and crack free inlaid with a oval nickel silver shield. The trapper pattern is the most popular among users and collectors. Case damascus knives are normally produced in limited editions or small production runs which enhance value and interest.
