The Button Lock Elementum gets a scale-up to 8 inches overall with a stainless steel blade and button lock mechanism as the name implies. Press the button and a flick of the wrist deploys the blade with fluid speed on the ceramic bearing pivot. This premium version comes with a black hand rubbed stainless Damascus blade and marbled carbon fiber handles.

Blade: The utilitarian drop point blade is made from hollow ground stainless Damascus with a tapered swedge, providing solid slicing and piercing performance. A subtle choil offers easy sharpening. A caged ceramic ball bearing pivot offers fast, smooth operation of the blade by pressing the button and flicking the wrist. The black hand rubbed finish delivers the stunning pattern welded Damascus with a more subdued look.

Handle: Black stainless steel liners support handsome marbled carbon fiber handle scales, with the liners riding proud to deliver a more contoured feel in the hand. Simple in design, the handles are comfortable and secure with solid ergonomics. The button lock is smooth, simple and reliable for operation and keeps the closed profile sleek and clean. An inline pin in the back spacer is provided for lanyard attachment.

Chinese Damascus: Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel while delivering a unique look from the pattern welded layers and acid etched finish. Often available in multiple patterns, Damascus gives a knife a striking and singular look. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
